 Please read through this section closely before you contact us. This section contains information about how to contact us regarding different matters.

1. Support From 2005-05-01 all support are done through the forum. Mail sent to support[at]clanadmintools[dot]com after this date won't be answered. We don't want to be unpolite but to save alot of time we want everyone to write in the forums so that we can respond quick. NOTE! Security related issues should still be mailed to us. More about this later in this document.
2. Security related issues All security related issues are to be send by email to info[at]clanadmintools[dot]com with the header "[SECURITY] descriptive title of security bug". We as everyone else got a spam problem and to be able to sort out the important emails from the spam emails we need people to use descriptive headers.
3. Advertising If you're interested in advertising at clanadmintools.com or at our forum then send an email to info[at]e4network[dot]net that contains a brief description of what you want to advertise and contact information besides email. We will return with further information about costs and other facts.
4. Sponsorship All email requesting sponsorship should be trashed before sent. If you want us to sponsor your clan you might need to read the section "About us".
5. Site related issues Site related issues as error messages, problems with download archives, forums and so on may be emailed to info[at]clanadmintools[dot]com with the following header "[SITE ERROR] descriptive title of error". Same reason as in section ii, we need to sort out important mail from spam.
6. Feature request & Feedback All feature requests & feedback may be done through our forum, either in a forum thread or by a private message.
7. Job openings If you want to help develop ClanAdmin Tools, the application, then email info[at]clanadmintools[dot]com or send a private message through the forum. We're always looking for talented people. Translators are welcome to send their translations to us through email. Don't forget to include some information about yourself so that we know who to credit.
